Day 1, (22 slides) 21-22 June 2010.

Arrival on Anglesey, and Drwys y Coed, the B+B of friends Tom and Jane Bown (and the best in the world). An Anglesey heritage site. And puppies at Tre Wyn, the farm B+B of their son Brian and his wife Nia. We had dinner at Lastra Farm.

Day 2, (31 slides) 23 June 2010.

Herding sheep at Drys y Coed. Parys Mountain Copper Mine Park. Amlwch Harbour and Ship Museum. Llaneilian, where the lighthouse is for sale. And an evening with Tom and Jane after dinner at Tre-Ysgawen Hall Hotel and Spa.

Day 3, (38 slides) 24 June 2010.

Beaumaris Castle and town. Penmon, with the lighthouse, Puffin Island, Abby, Dovecot, and St. Seiriol's Well. Menai Strait. Llanfairpwllgwyngyllgogerychwyrndrobwllllantysiliogogogoch, the world's longest-named town.

Day 4, (63 slides) 25 June 2010.

Caernarfon Castle, where Princes of Wales are invested. Beddgelert, a lovely Snowdonia village with the hero dog's grave. A lovely drive through Llanberis Pass. Dinner with Carol and Derwyn, Brian and Nia and their high-school age children at The Quay on Caffir Bae followed by a visit to Carol and Derwyn's house and a look at his antique car collection.

Day 5, (75 slides) 26 June 2010.

Portmeirion Village, where "The Prisoner" was filmed. Llechwedd Slate Caverns and antique mining village. Snowdonia National Park. Thomas Telford's Menai Suspension Bridge.

Day 6, (30 slides) 27 June 2010.

Mynydd Bodafon, the highest point on the island of Anglesey, and within walking distance of both Drys y Coed and Tre Wyn.

Day 7, (30 slides) 28 June 2010.

South Stack, Royal Society for the Protection of Birds and Lighthouse.
